Remapping and Solutions
Due to software/file alterations and consulting being in a digital format and a non-tangible item, ALL payments for online monetary units on our tuning portal are Non-refundable on PayPal or any other payment method. The monetary unit cannot be transferred to other account holders. Not more than one user is allowed to use a single account. If there are any software/file issues that we cannot resolve, then the user’s online account will be refunded back into the monetary unit applicable on our website, but will NOT be refunded to other transaction platforms which was used to pay with example PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, EFT etc.
One Tuning File per Request Allowed. We do NOT supply multiple different files for one tuning request. All Tuning Files come with a 30-day warranty for alterations or repairs on the file. Any solutions that was not selected in the options, or files that require any further solutions or modifications added or removed once original request has been done already, will have to be resubmitted as a new Tuning Request and will be charged at the applicable credits as per the price list.
Files that require re-do, due to customers car going back to main dealer and the modified file has been removed, then you will need to make a new file request again, and will be charged accordingly.
We will not be held accountable if you work without proper or the necessary Diagnostic or Tuning tools and are unable to diagnose on our request or make any necessary resets we advise. If files are uploaded and they are not the correct file, or you forgot to select a solution and the file has been processed by a tuner/engineer already, you will have to resubmit the file again with your request at your own cost. PLEASE make sure you upload the correct file and select the correct options the first time.
Any damages to the ecu or vehicle, we will NOT be held responsible for, and no refunds will be given. You as the user/client work at your own responsibility. You flash files at your own risk. It is very important you do full health checks and tests on all vehicles before tuning.

Tuning and Diagnostic Equipment
All tools and diagnostic equipment will be original and genuine of nature, and will carry the applicable manufacturer’s warrantees and guarantees. Our company will not be held responsible for any defective tools, but will liaise with the applicable manufacturers if such defects would arise.
Any returns of equipment could have an extra charge to cover costs on example, handling, shipping, customs etc.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. This is only applicable to tangible products. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at info@raceremaps.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Orders Already Shipped or Delivered
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item after it has been delivered, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Process
If your cancellation request is received within the allowable time frame and approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the funds. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method, bank or country.
Exceptions
Certain items may be non-cancellable due to their nature (e.g., customized products, digital downloads). These exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Return Policy
Returns for Tangible Items
We accept returns for physical (tangible) items within the time frame of the manufacturer’s return policy. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@raceremaps.com.
Handling and Shipping Fees: Please note that returned items may be subject to handling and shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
Money Conversion Fees: If your original payment was made in a foreign currency, conversion fees may apply. These fees will also be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item or product back and after it has passed quality inspection. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider, payment method, bank or country.
Non-Returnable Tangible Items
Certain tangible items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable. These exceptions will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Returns for Non-Tangible Items
Due to the nature of digital and non-tangible items (such as downloadable products, software licenses, or online services), these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a tangible item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items, and thus encourages clients to add shipping insurance to cover for any possible costs that may be obtained from lost or damaged items during shipping. If the product has a defect by itself due to a manufacturing issue, we will assist you through the manufacturer with a replacement or refund.

Tangible Items: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days if stock is available, and delivered within 30 days depending on your location and your country’s delivery system for which we do not have control on. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Fees and Costs
