Delivery Timeframes
We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times vary based on your location and the type of item purchased:
Tangible Items: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days if stock is available, and delivered within 30 days depending on your location and your country’s delivery system for which we do not have control on. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Non-Tangible Items: Digital products or services are delivered electronically and should be accessible after payment confirmation within our business open hours. If you encounter any access issues, please contact our customer service team at info@raceremaps.com.
Shipping Fees and Costs
Shipping fees for tangible items are calculated at checkout and depends on your location, package size, and delivery speed selected. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes for international shipments, which may be charged by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking
Once your tangible item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status. If you experience delays or any issues with your order, please reach out to us for assistance.
Delivery and Cancellation
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as per our Cancellation Policy. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase.
Return Eligibility and Delivery Fees
If you wish to return a tangible item, please refer to our Return Policy. Shipping, handling, and any money conversion fees for returned items may be deducted from your refund. Non-tangible items cannot be returned, as per our Return Policy.
Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours. We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged items, and thus encourages clients to add shipping insurance to cover for any possible costs that may be obtained from lost or damaged items during shipping. If the product has a defect by itself due to a manufacturing issue, we will assist you through the manufacturer with a replacement or refund.
