Returns for Tangible Items
We accept returns for physical (tangible) items within the time frame of the manufacturer’s return policy. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@raceremaps.com.
Handling and Shipping Fees: Please note that returned items may be subject to handling and shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
Money Conversion Fees: If your original payment was made in a foreign currency, conversion fees may apply. These fees will also be deducted from your refund amount.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item or product back and after it has passed quality inspection. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider, payment method, bank or country.
Non-Returnable Tangible Items
Certain tangible items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable. These exceptions will be indicated at the time of purchase.
Returns for Non-Tangible Items
Due to the nature of digital and non-tangible items (such as downloadable products, software licenses, or online services), these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
